Rencontre des m'lilis avec le Prof. Chibane

Pour ceux qui n'ont pu être présents durant la rencontre/débat avec le prof.Chibane , il serait intéressant que l'on fasse un tour d'horizon sur cette journée exceptionnelle, marquée de parts et d'autres par de fortes émotions outre à l'intérêt qu'elle a suscité chez les jeunes et les moins jeunes.
On attend les commentaires de la communauté présente et les impressions du prof. Chibane à propos de l'accueil et les retouvailles avec les anciens camarades et enseignants. Je suppose que Arsène Lupin s'est réellement dépassé avec les autres oraganisateurs pour que tout aille à la perfection.
Bravo pour cette fête bien réussie tout en souhaitant à "l'enfant prodige" un bon séjour parmi les siens.

For those who were not able to be present during the meeting / debate with Prof. Chibane, it would be interesting that a summary on this exceptional day could be written, as the event was impressed by strong feelings besides the interest that aroused at the young people and the least young.

We wait for the comments of the present community and would like to know Prof. Chibane's impressions about the welcoming reception and the gathering with the former companions and teachers. I believe that Arsène Lupin made actually his best with the other organizers to make everything goes to the perfection.

* Saturday , may, 01st, 2010, Mouloud Kacem-Nait belkacem’s youths house (dar echababe) at 14 :00 ; Mr chibane gave us a
lecture about the technological field. The majority of Attendance is from youths students an the other is from Mr chibane’s former companions and teachers .

At the beginning of the meeting, and after hearing the national anthem, Mr Yacine tobale gave a brief overview about Mr chibane’s life, then he presented the list of Elite that has obtained degrees before 1962.

Mr Labidi had made a great surprise to mr chibane. He invited all the Mr chibane’s Teachers and friends and presented to him. For the other who died (rabi yerhmhome) , Mr labidi not totally forgetten them, he brought some photos of them and presented one by one to Mr Chibane and to the attendance . I felt that
Mr chibane was very happy to the Labidi’s doing.

Then the attendance showed a video made by Mr Labidi about « Ain M’lila between yesterday
and today ».

After Mr. Yacine Tobale presented to Mr chibane : Mr. Ben Belkacem Kaddour who won a medal of « best researcherfor the year 2009 » from The « FAO » Food and Agriculture Organization of the
United Nations (Algeria’s bureau).


Mr Ben belkacem declared that he is very broud for this medal. Other surprise was the M’lili painter «Khounfais Abdelkayoum» (04gold medals in France) and We've seen some of his paintings.


Mr. Chibane send a message to the youth to collecte more knowledge, especially the in the technological field
(internet, informatics …) and he announced In his name and in the name of his
friend (Mr. Mostapha Ziad) the launch of “The Digital Library” which will take place in Ain M’lila. Then Mr. Chibane and Mr Ben Belkacem responded to some attendance questions.

Then the speech of Mr Deputy addressed also to the youths. Mr Toufik Tourech president of People's Provincial Assembly (Oum El Bouaghi) promised to provide full facilities for the success of this project .

Mr Labidi had presented some futur youths student to Mr Chibane.

Finally the attendance appealed the local and province authorities to take more care from this elite .

The attendance sent Special thanks to Mr. Hocinet Belaid director of Mouloud Kacem-Nait belkacem’s youths house (Dar echababe)

when we write the history of the societies we must give to every actor his right so why every one has been called by his name beweath the deputy. you have to know that there are six deputies and two senators in our wilaya. when you say the deputy and you stop we understand that may be you don't like this person or it is very difficult for you to write his name.
how can we remember the name of every one and we forget only the name of the deputy.

For Mr Dracula, I'm really sorry for what I said. I just avoided to mentioned the name of Mr. deputy because all inhabitance in Ain M'lila know who is Mr. Berkani Bouzid ( famous man in Ain M'lila). And I'm sorry again.

une chose formidable et est une affaire qui mérite de l'encourager
mais ce que je constate l'absence des autorité locale presenté par le MR Sous-préfet et le présent absent tous le temps le Maire X (X tellement inconnu)

à corriger , il s'agit de Mr et non Mrs(Madame sic!).Pour le reste un appel important sans aucun doute à encourager pour le bien de toute la communauté m'lilie.Change également de topic car il s'agit bien d'un appel et non plus de rencontre

Moi, j'ai mis l'appel qui a été lancé par Prof_Chibane le jour de la rencontre.Cet appel est au nom de nos deux Chercheurs M'lilis Mostpha Ziad et Cherif Chibane 

Salam à tous les M'lilis,
Je suis de retour aux Etats-Unis avec un décalage horaire important.
Tout d'abord, je tiens à remercier toutes les personnes qui ont travaillé à organiser la réunion. Elle m'a permis de voir certaines personnes que je n'ai pas vu depuis plus de 35 ans. Je suis honoré et très reconnaissant pour tout le respect qu'ils ont accordé pour moi et à mes parents.

Que devrais-je dire nécessiterait un livre, mais je vais essayer d'être bref. Je ne vais pas nommer tout le monde pour que je ne veux pas oublier personne. Mais voila quelques points:
1 - Je suis encouragé de voir qu' il y a des gens a Ain Mlila qui sont prêts à prendre des initiatives pour améliorer la vie de tous les M'lilis. C'est un signe de maturité et nous devons encourager ces gens la et leur donner tout le soutien dont ils ont besoin.
2 - Je tiens à remercier surtout les jeunes qui m' ont accordé un grand respect, et j'espère que ils ont trouvé la réunion utile et je les encourage à atteindre leurs rêves et ne pas être découragés par les problèmes quotidiens.
3 - Je suis heureux que Ain Mlila a un projet commun pour la bibliothèque de Technolgie et Il y a beaucoup de gens ici aux états-Unis seront prêts à aider. Je sais que c'est un grand projet mais un trajet de 1000 kilometers, commence par un petit pas.
Pour terminer, je félicite les gens de ce forum pour le bon travail.
